I recently spent a few days at the Best Western Hotel in Chiswick, and I cannot praise it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and professional demeanor. Every interaction—from the front desk team to housekeeping—was met with genuine kindness and efficiency. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and provided a perfect balance of comfort and style. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities provided. The hotel’s location in the heart of Chiswick is ideal, offering easy access to great restaurants, shops, and transport links. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of service. The team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless, addressing any request with a smile and efficiency. It’s clear they take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I wholeheartedly recommend the Best Western Chiswick for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and welcoming atmosphere. A well-deserved 5 stars!

It's difficult to find a reasonably priced room in London on a Saturday night, even for one person, so I was thankful for the room at Best Western. The Piccadilly line from Heathrow didn't take long and took me straight to Turnham Green. I walked down a quaint street with lots of shops and restaurants and then onto the main road with my big suitcase with ease. The walk took about 10 minutes. If I stayed longer, it would have been a great little neighborhood to explore further! I knew from reviews that it would be a small room, but for a one night stay and not much time spent there, it met all my needs. Though the bathroom was small, it was very clean and the shower was spacious with hot water and great water pressure. Staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I checked in and out in less than 3 minutes each.

We have stayed here several times, so we must be happy with it! It is clean, has very nice staff and a good breakfast. Plus parking. It is in Chiswick which is safe and has a lovely boutique village sort of atmosphere and quite a few well known actors and celebrities live there. Many good restaurants to be found. Buses and tube stations are right there. It is one or two stations away from Kew Gardens, Richmond on the river and Hammersmith and easy access from Heathrow and to White City Westfield and the CBD. Quiet rooms at the back and sides of the hotel. There is an ironing room for guests to use on the top floor.

Good value for the money. We were upgraded to a family size room that gave us enough space for our luggage. The room was very comfortable and in a nice area. I knew we were farther from the city and would have to take a train into London. I was happy with the safety and quality of the neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and polite. It actually was much nicer than I thought it would be, and we had no negative experiences.

The hotel is close to Turnm Green Station (7-8 minutes away) and High Rode is a convenient bus route. There are many nice restaurants, supermarkets, clothes shops and other shops in High Rode. There are many guests with children for dinner, and it was a pleasant town with a middle-class atmosphere. In the morning, High Rode is full of children going to and from school, and it was safe and fun to explore the town.
